RingSphereTM
solutions grew out of the consulting experiences at HCS Systems, an
Information Technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise class
environments. HCS Systems’ clients had complex, hetergenous network
environments but were unable to find monitoring tools that met their
business requirements. RingSphere was developed to fill the need in the
market for an enterprise-class monitoring solution.
In January 2005, RingSphere Technologies Inc was spun out of HCS
Systems as a separate company. Highmark Companies (the successor to HCS
Systems) continues as a distribution partner of RingSphere Technologies.
